Today is the first day of my being fit quest. Started out with some wheat grass and eggs. Trying to figure out how to start with my exercise without it being so overboard I don't want to do it, but still enough. Still need to figure out a healthy diet.

    Heh, I've always thought about the typical extreme eating as "wheat grass and quinoa", but never met anyone who'd actually did it :D A healthy diet may be more attainable than you think - for most of us, it's about unlearning the accumulated information we've aquired from womens' magazines through the years.

    Haha that's funny. I meant a wheatgrass shot, I run it through a juicer. It's shouldn't be that hard to learn health and nutrition, there's too many marketing gimmicks out there and not enough free resources.

    Well, if you feel totally "clueless" (and I really really think you aren't), go to Harvard :p and their Healthy Eating Plate & Healthy Eating Pyramid It's good as a starting point.
