Hi everyone; I am 24 years old, and 213 pounds. I was very much into sports in high school and college but my activity levels have dramatically decreased in the last few years. I also spent a long time recovering from an ED (lowest weight was 110 lbs), but now I am at my highest weight and I am finally trying to lose weight the healthy way.
