Hey guys! So i’ve been really slacking on my diet lately, and I would greatly appreciate anyone that adds me. I need someone to talk to every once in a while to keep me on my diet and push me towards my goal, and I will do the same for you

Your diet is what you eat. MFP just tells you how many calories you need to lose a certain amount of weight per week. You choose what and when and how much to eat.0
