HI all
Anyone else eating the ketogenic way? I could use some friends who are eating this way. Birds of a feather so to speak. Add me as a friend if you like let's help support each other in our journey. :)

    Just finished my 4th week on a ketogenic diet. First week was awful, but feel great since.
  • I am eating a keto diet. You can add me if you like. I have been wanting to have more people to follow on MFP. My keto version is protein, fat then carbs so if you eat higher fat I might not be the one to follow.

    Six weeks in and finally keto adapted! Feel free to add me and take a look at my food diary if you'd like. My macros are 5/65/35 with a focus on healthy fats and a nutrient dense diet.

    I hope you find keto a good fit! As you've probably read, including electrolytes (salt, potassium and magnesium) when you begin will really help with transition and the dreaded keto flu. I used Hi Lyte which doesn't taste great but works to avoid headaches, fatigue and general discomfort.
