Stephanie is the name and I’m trying to lose weight. I’ve been struggling trying to find a schedule that would work for me, since my schedule always changes. Also I find it good to have someone with the same goal as you to get it going. Sharing as well as receiving recommendations and support works. My goal is to lose about 140lb to 150lb.
