    Don't worry, this only applies to Ground Turkey, which is a subspecies, not to be confused with Air Turkey, Water Turkey, or the elusive Amphibious Turkey.

    Yeah, since I'm not the only one that cooks with the ground turkey in my house and I'll be hosting guests next week I'm returning mine. Would never forgive myself if I did get someone sick, even though I'm careful and I've eaten turkey off the list every week since the first dates on the list. BAH. Maybe I can find some ground chicken or something.
