I rarely post here, last one was in 2014, but, I finally dropped my weight below 140 pounds for the first time since 1982, I have a goal weight of 138, I am currently at 139.8 so I wanted to share my success. I started at 181 in early 2014, dropped to 145 and have stayed somewhat near that for a few years but a couple of months ago I decided to focus on ridding myself of excess fat instead of maintaining a certain weight. It seems like 138 should do it, but 135 might be necessary. I see that 133 to 146 is a healthy BMI for my height and frame so I will not drop below 133 and would like to stay at or above 135. How are others deciding what they should weigh??

Great job on your success so far. I did a body scan at my last physical to help me assess a healthy goal weight.1
