I found the database exercise "swimming, moderate effort", and use that for tracking my water aerobic class called "healthy Joints for seniors". It seems to be the closest match for the 55 minute class. We do warm up, a combination of some low impact and high impact exercises, a section for getting the heart rate up. and then a cool down. We use pool noodles, and water weights also. I was sure it was going to be way too easy, but have found I do have to put some effort into the class and for that I am pleased. But that is how I track it--I think it comes out to about 445 calories burned for the 55 minute class, which I take twice a week. Hope that answers your question.

There is an entry - water aerobics, water calasthenics.
I've used that entry for years for my aquafit and found it quite accurate. You may need to monitor to make sure it is not overestimating for you.

    Cheers, h.

Agree with middlehaitch--I've also used this entry for years. I've been doing 30 min of acquagym + swimming twice a week for 22 years. Love it.
