Am I gaining?

Okay so I’ve been gaining pretty good I went from 100 lbs (October 1st) to 116 lbs (yesterday). but for the last 3 or so days I’ve stayed at 116.8 and I’m not going up on the scale anymore and I don’t understand but I’m 150% sure that I’m still putting in the same amount if not more calories in. HELPPPPPP

Just like weightloss, weight gain isn't linear. Here is an example snipit of last year's weight gain chart.
It seems you had a huge jump in weight (normal) and now it is leveling off and increasing slowly. You won't get lb increases day to day unless you are eating insanely over maintenance (which I would not recommend as you will gain mostly fat). You can use a trend weight app to help you... You weigh daily and it tracks the trend.5 -
If you haven't already, make sure to update your weight on MFP. Your calorie numbers might have changed.
@sardelsa is right though, weight gain is not linear. There have been times when my weight drops 3-4 pounds one day, then goes up 5 the next. As long as you see an overall trend, you should be fine.0 -

Also, if you are maintaining the same weight consistently then you have found your maintenance calories.
However, if you are sure that you are eating more calories, then something is amiss (generally speaking).
I would examine how I log things and I would look long and hard at serving sizes.
I have been doing this for a good while now and I will take a step back once a month and just go over things in my logs (I do not use mfp for this....I have something myself that I find works far better for me). I keep pretty detailed records. If the number from the scales really does not match the 'calories in' - just saying it that way to keep things simple - then I mentally go over everything again *AND* make sure to pay attention to serving size. And to making sure that the little 'extras' that I might add (thinking the TJ Korean BBQ Sauce that I like to put on the ground turkey and ground chicken that I eat seemingly everyday) are actually reflected in my daily logs. That all adds up over the course of one week and can really make the difference between being in a deficit and not....or eating at maintenance or eating in a caloric surplus.
It is really easy to "overlook" little things....and they all add up!
And congrats on the 16lbs gain!
Also, since you are female, keep in mind that your TOTM will affect things - generally speaking.
And, as already asked, have you updated mfp to reflect your new weight? Being 100lbs vs. being 116lbs can make a difference in your caloric intake needs.
For example, using a simple TDEE on-line calculator.....guessing your age to be 21 and your height to be 5'4" your maintenance calories at 100lbs vs at 116lbs look like this:
For 100lbs:
Basal Metabolic Rate 1,204 calories per day
Sedentary 1,444 calories per day
Light Exercise 1,655 calories per day
Moderate Exercise 1,866 calories per day
Heavy Exercise 2,076 calories per day
Athlete 2,287 calories per day
For 116lbs:
Basal Metabolic Rate 1,276 calories per day
Sedentary 1,531 calories per day
Light Exercise 1,755 calories per day
Moderate Exercise 1,978 calories per day
Heavy Exercise 2,201 calories per day
Athlete 2,425 calories per day
So, depending on your Physical Activity Level (Sedentary, Light Exercise, et al) it is between 90 Calories and 140 Calories a day.
So, if you are still eating according to your 100lbs caloric intake needs, you are slightly under eating for your current weight. Over the course of one week....that adds up.

These are all good pointers for sure, id just stay focused on the goal weight your aiming for. your day to day weight will fluctuate with training, food intake, water intake ext.... just remember your muscles are growing which means they are repairing.... tissue can only mend itself so fast, on average you can pack on 12lbs of muscle a year its a marathon not a sprint I've been doing this for 10 years now, and its been trial and error month after month you just have to keep at it...2

What!! How did you gain 16lbs in a month and a half? Are you trying to gain some body fat as well as muscle?1

She could be recovering from an ED or lost a lot of weight due to health issues. If she is severely underweight, her medical team might have given her permission to initially gain a considerable amount of weight.
Op, I don't know if that is the case for you, and you don't have to share anything. Anyone trying to gain muscle will also gain fat anyway. It doesn't matter how fast/slow you gain.2
