I just started CG Fit and I was told it's better if you make friends on hete to help being held accountable, give meal ideas, etc. I'm happy to connect with anyone and we can help each other reach goals.

    I'm doing CG Fit too. I'm new to MFP so I don't really know how the community part works. I've used a different app until now but MFP has more accurate macro so I'm trying this out. Good luck Campers!

    How do you "friend" someone on this thing??

    Yay, other CG Fit'ers. So far, I've been horrible!! I've got the crud but today I'm forcing myself to go to camp. Good Luck everyone!
