I started it today was intense and soooo very awesome, how should I track that for excerise??

i guess it depends on the effort you put into it. you could do vigorous or general aerobics.0

Just did day 28! I have tomorrow and Friday to finish! I am so excited about the results. Lost 4.6 lbs and inches all over so far. Good luck!0
