Share some what?
I don't know what you want to share, if it's my ice cream you have zero chance!4 -
haha. know what you mean.
why i ask like this, with a question that can be defined in sooo many ways, is because there are so many forms of athletes, and also so much you would want to share. (not that intrested in that ice cream tho )

I Work out in the gym for about 7 days a week. what i strugle with is taking rest days. I know you chould have 1 or 2 rest days a week for optimal effect, but my selfimage is so low, if i take a rest day, i feel like *kitten* and cant even look in the mirror:P

I’m not an athlete. I’m a powerlifter.1

Perhaps you should get some help with that.

Remember this: Your body gets stronger during recovery, not during exercise. If you exercise all the time, you're not giving your body time to repair the damage.
Unless you're training for the Olympics, there literally is no reason to train every day. Go for a 5/6 day split if it's weight training you're doing in the gym.0 -

That's not good, have you thought about getting some counselling?
Your aesthetics shouldn't define who you are as a person and how you view yourself.3 -

Keep off my ice cream!
Although I might be tempted to split it if you share the broccoli0 -

Rest days are an integral part to any workout plan - it is when the muscles get the opportunity to heal and develop.0

Probably wants to share gear. But first rule of gear is you don't talk about gear.2 -
You can't recover and build with 0 rest. That's said, body image issues will make you not see the need to rest, eventually this will catch up to you, I could list a whole host of things that happen when you do not get adequate rest.
..eta.. I don't share my food ever but I might trade you food.

Amatuer endurance (run/cycling). Thinking of getting a bit more serious but don't know if that would ruin it again. Definitely don't look like a gym rat, more like I've been lost at sea for a couple of weeks.
Eeeekk..

I played basketball in college, if that's what you are asking. I do think that weight-loss is a unique journey for former athletes, in part (at least for me) that my whole life I never had to worry about what I ate. I never thought about my weight. But once the intense training stops, you can't really eat the way you have your entire life. But I do know how to push myself physically, and so I have no problem with gym workouts and pushing myself harder, etc.0
