I am still in the process of figuring it out. I have a huge sweet tooth and I love sweet cream in my coffee. I love Mexican tacos. I have tried starting several times, I stick to it 2-3 days and then I fail. It’s so frustrating.

It takes 3 to 7 days to go into ketosis. After you're in ketosis, there is a good chance your sweet tooth will either go away or become manageable. Get rid of temptation while you're making the transition. Figure out what is triggering you to eat the wrong things and avoid that trigger. Don't get too frustrated. It's not something you're used to, and it may take a little doing, but you will get there if you keep at it and stay positive.

I did keto for a few weeks this year, and my sweet tooth never went away. :( But I also felt that keto didn't work for me in general. I felt that I was cutting out too many foods that I think are healthy for me. Just not the right diet for me personally! But it worked really well for my boyfriend last year, so if you're determined to give it a try, don't give up! Keep at it and search for thing a that can satisfy that sweet tooth but are still keto foods. Pinterest is great for that. :)

Stick with it.... read about it to get yourself psyched and enhance your understanding. I also have a sweet tooth. Sugar is like heroin for me. I finally just got back into ketosis and I am totally craving free. It is a great tool. Look up protidiet. It is a great company that makes low carb foods. Read labels. Their hot chocolate is awesome.
