I just started a biggest loser type challenge starred by my gym and sponsored by the local Discount Nutrition store. Does any body have experience with the Discount Nutrition products? Which ones? Do they work? Etc.
Also according to the body analysis done at registration I need 156 grams of protein. Wow! Any ideas on how to pack that many in? I try but at my best can only hit about 90.

I don't use supplements so I can't speak to Discount Nutrition products. (Note: I don't consider whey protein powder to be a supplement anymore than I consider Carnation Instant Breakfast to be a supplement.)
156 grams of protein is doable. Here's a day from my diary from a few months ago where I hit 142. Another glass of milk or some protein powder (or both) would get you to 156.

Yeah, I don't use protein powders either.
Animal products. I have eggs, meat, milk at breakfast. Lowfat stuff like turkey sausage, one whole egg and two egg whites.
A sandwich or salad with meat and cheese for lunch. Whole grain breads have more protein.
Greek yogurt and fruit for snacks. Cottage cheese is another good protein snack. Sometimes I have just rolled up deli meat with pickles.
Dinner is meat, vegetables. I'm a smallish woman but I still get about 120g a day of protein.1 -

What are your stats?
I can get between 100 - 120 without powder, my goal is over 100.0 -

yeah, 156g of protein really isn't that high. My typical breakfast and lunch consists of 4 small meals and I end up at about 940 calories and 146g of protein without using powder or bars. That is basically, egg whites and greek yogurt for the breakfast meals and grilled chicken and veggies for the lunch meals.
Fwiw, I've never heard of Discount Nutrition and I doubt you really NEED any of their products. I take a multivitamin and fish oil as my supplements and on occasion I have some protein powder or a bar, but usually I just eat regular food and try to cut back on the junk food, breads, sugars, etc.0
