Ok I'll make a statement here. I just don't understand how people cannot hit reply instead of reply to all. I get so many emails with information that I don't want.0

I caught up on some much needed sleep today! Went back to bed at around 9 am after waking up at 6:30 having had only a couple of hours of sleep. I ended up sleeping in until 1:30
Crazy... But I sure needed it!!!
I've been on the go since! Rearranged furniture today, cleaned every corner of my Living room, Dining room and Family room, Kinda hungry tho.. It's a Fasting day for me, but hopefully my activities today burned off some of this damn belly fat!

Had what I thought was going to be a 1 hour meeting downtown this morning so I didn't have a full breakfast, just a couple cups of coffee and a banana. When I was still downtown at 10:30 and it was looking like it would be a while yet I popped into Tim's and grabbed a large coffee and an apple fritter to tide me over (my fellow Canadians will completely understand) ... That set the tone for the rest of my day.
I have now easily consumed more sugar and empty carbs today than the past three months combined! I actually had to grab an afternoon nap and more sugar to finish my day and then I stopped at a bakery and grabbed a cinnamon chicken cake after my workout! (still managed to get my 200g of protein for the day thank goodness)
