Am I eating enough

I'm 190cm 136kg. Currently losing 2kg a week for last 3 weeks. Target weight is 80-100kg
I'm consuming 1900 calories a day. But also walking 6-7 miles every day. Leaving me with about 900 net calorie intake.
I'm not feeling tired or hungry.
I had read I should be eating half my burnt calories.

Yes you should be eating more. At least 1500 net calories, if not your goal. 2 kg per week, even after the initial water weight loss, is too fast.2

1 to 1.g kg is safe per week is safe
Exercise calories are usually overestimated. That's why some people eat back about a third or a half.
Stay focused on your long term goal -- to be healthy.0 -
Yes, you should be eating more. What typically happens when someone eats that little is that they'll feel fine...for a while. But then it catches up with them in the form of extreme hunger, fatigue, and sometimes injury. This can lead to vicious cycles of overrestricting and bingeing.2

Use the calculation:
Bodyweight in lbs x 0.63 x distance in miles
To get calories burnt running and eat them all back.1 -

That's around 1300 calories!
That's a lot of good food.0 -

He's walking not running. I believe the multiplier is .31

Hunger, fatigue and possible injury were mentioned. What happens in your body when you don't eat back your burned calories and are way below your deficit mark? Is it the same as not exercising and eating below your bmr? Will your body shutdown non essential systems? Does it matter if its just a day or two, compared to a week or two of the same pattern? I'm glad this thread popped up. I've been hitting my my cico with no exercise logged but have been doing hard work in my yard for about 6 hours a day and will continue until thanksgiving. My weight loss continues on a downward trend. Thanks in advance for enlightenment0

Just confirming this. .3-.31 for walking.
.63 is running/jogging.
