Fitness Buddies in demand for me, lol. I have been doing great, but I enjoy having people be apart of my journey. Especially when we have the same goal in mind. I love to support and encourage others!! Let’s go this guys!!

    Hi. What kind of exercises are you going to do? I just signed up and I want to lose around 22 lbs but dont have a plan on mind :)

    You can add me if you like. I follow keto diet which I've lost a bunch of weight on and I'm highly focused on running and flexibility right now. Cheers.

    I do a lot of cardio ( yoga, jogging/walking, jump rope). I love the stair stepping machine. You can do different exercises on it.
