I normally wake up around 6pm(ish). I eat my heaviest meal of the day around 8pm because I know I won't be able to eat until around 1AM.

I only pack one other meal, which I eat around 3am.

To suppliment in between 7pm and 3am I pack a bunch of small snacks. I also save something to have around 5am because I work at a hotel, and once breakfast starts cooking I know I will want a snack.

I don’t do nights anymore but:

    Dinner with the family.

1-2am snack with the girls (nurses, some boys, but mostly girls). My faves were veggie sticks like carrot or celery with a nice dip (avocado and lemon or something delicious) or nuts, but these are easy to eat and eat and go over calories ...

5:30 breakfast. Normal what you’d have at home on a normal morning if you were at home.

    Coffee before you drive home.

    ......

Oh and a million cups of tea if you get a chance to think about yourself for a moment,

I like this, good advice. I think the hardest part is from 12 to 4 when I want to snack a bunch.
