Hi all,
I've been attending they gym regularly with a trainer, but I was considering a membership to the online beachbody. I try to attend piyo classes twice a week, but I'd like to do it more often and we are also traveling for 3 months away from my gym. I thought the membership may be a consideration.

Anyone use the subscription? Do you like it/ use it enough/ Pros? cons? Any feedback will be useful. Thanks1

Hi! I have been a member for over a year and I love it! There are lots of workouts to try out, from high impact to yoga and they are constantly creating new ones. I am not a gym person so to be able to workout bright and early when I get up and to have the support of my team and community is amazing. If you would like to know more just send me a message.

I get bored easy with workout videos, so BOD is perfect for me. I think its worth it.

I have BOD and absolutely LOVE it. The unfettered access to so many different workouts is amazing and honestly, it's really allowed me to find workouts that WORK for me. I love working out at home too and it's great to have so much variety. I highly HIGHLY recommend it.

I got a subscription yesterday and have done two workouts already. I loved doing yoga at the gym I belonged to, but the instructor changed and it wasn't the same. Doing it at home, using my big screen TV, was awesome! I'm excited to try more.

youtube has a bunch of fitness videos. I had a Beachbody On Demand subscription but they kept pressuring me to buy more programs and Shakeology. I really like Jillian Michaels, and I do her videos in my living room. As long as you find something you enjoy and stick with it, that's all that matters.

I really hate the pressure to buy shakeology. I think I'm going to try planet fitness; if it doesn't work out, I'm doing BOD. I really like the YMCA I belong to right now, but where I'm traveling to, the YMCA costs $50 a month which is ridiculous.

I'm thinking about getting it once I am able to exercise again. (Also, my old computer didn't meet the specifications to actually stream anything from them, but my new one should be fine.) I don't like the constant advertisements for their other products that appear in their DVDs, but I am getting good at ignoring those.

Is there anything that's low impact cardio? I am a fan of Focus T25 and Insanity but I had an open hysterectomy a few weeks ago and am not too keen on doing all that jumping around for awhile.

Hey Girly! I started doing BeachBody On Demand in May 2017. I started with 2 rounds of 21 Day Fix(I modified most of the first round), 1 round of 21 Day Fix Extreme(and used modifier), Shift Shop, and currently on my 4th week of Hammer & Chisel. You could probably do 21 Day Fix or Clean Week. I'm not sure if you're into dancing, they have some low impact cardio dance programs as well. I believe Piyo is low impact, but I haven't tried that one yet. I signed up to be a coach about a month ago to get discounts on the shakeology and I figured I could help others! You could totally do it without the shakeology, I just started drinking them a couple months ago, and it helps keep me "regular". Anyways, if you're interested, you can try beachbody on demand for 2 weeks. Let me know, and I can send you the link for it! Good Luck!

I'm curious, where is the pressure from? I've had BOD since March and used their DVDs prior to that and no one has ever reached out to push the products. They do that to you?
