Healthiest, easiest smoothies (don't know Smoothie King) is to fill a blender with frozen fruit chunks and add water until it's the consistency you like. You can also use OJ or 1/2 and 1/2. Costco has some blends of fruit that are nice. A frozen banana also gives it a nice consistency. Freeze leftovers and you're good for several servings.

I just did this one today

8 oz of strawberry banana V8 fusion
    1 banana
    1c strawberries
    2 ice cubes

all in magic bullet blender for about 1 minute and you got a great smoothie with a serving of veggies in it!

    I also like

    1 c. frozen mixed berries
    8oz soy milk
    2 Tbsp Splenda
    2egg whites

all in magic bullet blender for 1 min and viola!!! Breakfast smoothie!!

Smoothie king has a "trim" menu, for smoothies under 300 (it might even be 500, i'm not sure) calories. I like to make my own. I would suggest going to a health store like whole oats and buying a protein mix, then putting it in a blender with some low fat yogurt, frozen fruit chunks, and OJ. It's great!

I agree with all the posters above! Can't go wrong with any fruit (fresh or frozen) + milk (or yogurt or juice)

I like to add spinach to mine, just to give an added boost of vitamins and fiber. They don't taste like anything and they thicken the smoothie!
