Hey I'm super new here and I'm trying to get into the habit of eating healthy and working out. I find it easier when other people are on board to motivate each other and stay on track! Any tips from fellow students to juggle studies and fitness, cuz I struggle with over eating when I'm stressed

Hi!
Well I was in same situation as well but I tried to manage my diet and in 45 days I reduced 5kg weight
All you need is to control your diet eat healthy and exercise specially cardio for 30-40mints
