Hi today is my first day of a new journey .... just finding my way around the app .... any hints and tips appreciated !!

    Don’t be discouraged if you slip up. Don’t be afraid to post about anything. Nobody here judges. Everyone is here on the same journey. Some want it a little more than others. Some don’t care (me) if they lose as long as they don’t gain much. All of us want you to be successful. All of us have failed over and over. Yet here we are doing the same thing.

    I find reading the message boards very helpful. Consider joining some groups too. :)

    Most likely there will be ups and downs. Try not to get discouraged. (I struggle with this.)
