I'm not quite sure why I'm just getting around to doing this as my weight loss journey began in January of this year, but I'm now introducing myself, so hello. I am down to 328, from my starting weight of 439. No surgery or meds. Just tracking food here and walking 3 miles daily. I have a long way to go but I'm determined!
