Fitbit gone wrong

I have posted in the Fitbit area and sent a message to fitbit. Neither has attracted any help.
Today my Fitbit started going wrong. It doesn’t display correct information on previous day tiles and shows all the same information for today.
It hasn’t logged my walking exercise down today... I have it set to come on after 30 minutes continuous activity and although it recorded I have done 55 minutes active it hasn’t added it to my exercise tile.
MFP is showing up I have done 13,500 steps but Fitbit says just over 10,000 and this is probably correct.
I’m feeling very frustrated and on the verge of sending this back for a refund as it is taking far too much time just to figure out what is not right with it. Can anyone shed any light.

I have done the following
Forced sync, restart closing down apps, uninstall reinstall, unpair and repair, reset Fitbit.
I don’t think I can do anything else

Have you checked your date and time settings? I know things get messed up when you're time zone settings are wrong.

I'd calm down and give it time. If you're using the apps, they (MFP on iOS or Android and Fitbit) can be clunky and sometimes an update is all you need. In a couple hours to a couple days, it'll sync up per usual and all will be fine in the world.

time zones are all correct. update done 3 days ago. i’ll take peace in the above advice and try and calm down. hopefully it’s a glitch that sorts itself out

Mine hasn’t connected to mfp for about 6 months. I’ve run all the troubleshooting advice and emailed mfp and nothing has changed. I’ve given up.

Fitbit has pretty good customer service. I've gotten free replacements when I had one basically fall apart (Charge HR). Their live chat also helped diagnose & fix issues with my Blaze.
