90 Day Challenge Nov 18-Feb 18

I am starting a 90 day monitored doctors office program where I have to log my food and turn it in to my doctor and do a monthly visit to go over what I've done. Part of a surgery clearance for 2018 surgery I will need and the more I can lose before that they better I'll be. I have used MyFitnessPal in the past but I fall off the wagon on tracking and am not consistent enough but hoping that with the requirement that I have to turn this over to my doctor, I'll get in the habit of doing it for 90 days and then find it a good thing to do ongoing.

    They say it takes two weeks to build a habit. Try to log absolutely everything every day for at least that long. For me it does get much easier after those first few weeks. Make sure you use a digital scale that weighs in grams for logging accuracy!

    I'd happily do a challenge with you but what do you want? I can log my food every day and log my exercise. What would help you?
