Hi I am making some big life changes. I am hoping to find some friends to help motivate and keep the focus on change. Going pescatarian all organic and fresh foods. I can use some recipe and idea swapping !

    #1 buy a food scale and weigh and log everything

    As most will say here it is CICO or Calories in and Calories out. It does not matter your diet if you eat to many calories of anything it will not be good for you.

    MFP plan goal for me is 1930 calories a day and the bonus is when you exercise you get to eat more calories. My MFP plan is setup for a 2lb per week loss.

    I have a gym membership and have been doing strength training on my own for about two months now. I have lost some weight and I really do feel much better physically.
