I gave up smoking 12 weeks ago and unfortunately today I had a wake up call. I have put on nearly 2 stone and really want to shift it.

By a food scale and weigh and measure everything you eat. Log everything you eat and if you dont log it dont eat it. Follow the advice of MFP planner on how many calories per day based on what you input for your goals.
If you can join a gym and start doing some kind of weight training and cardio.1 -

No gym but any advise on home exercise would help.
