For the past two weeks I've been playing with the same 4 pounds. I go down 4 pounds and then a few days later, I jumped back up. I'm staying under my calorie count and I workout daily. What can I do to break this rut?

1. Be patient. Stalls happen to everyone.
2. Make sure your logging is as accurate as possible. This may include any of the following: ensuring that EVERYTHING that enters your mouth gets logged, using a food scale to weigh all solids and measuring cups for all liquids, double-checking that the entries you are logging are correct, utilizing the recipe builder over "homemade" or "generic" database entries, and being mindful of the amount of exercise calories burned/eaten back.2 -

That's probably my downfall, not drinking enough water!
