Sugar-free chocolate desserts (pudding or ice cream) and cocoa powder/stevia drinks are my best friends. I have 2-3 doses of chocolate per day.1

Bowl of raspberries or strawberries. Top with whipped cream (I use redi-whip, cool whip or the real thing would be fine). Grate some dark chocolate over the top.
Single serve pudding cup + berries.
Fudge pops are usually in my freezer - very low cal. I also like to keep fun size M&Ms in the freezer.2 -
Sugar cookie flavored tea. Zero cals, feels like I'm indulging, and this time of year it's nice to cozy up to a warm mug of something.3

I make these. Almost no carb, full of protein, and good for you, so guilt free. You can use they whey powder of your choice.

Greek yogurt+cocoa powder+your choice of toppings. Easy, and if you want to make it feel fluffier you can chuck it into a food processor. Also if you want it more cheesecake-y you can sub in cottage cheese instead (definitely blend it then, the texture is way better)1

Homemade chocolate protein bars. I love them nuked for a couple of seconds so they're warm and soft. About 200 calories but that's with 20 grams of protein. I can easily fit them to my calories for the day but half of one is enough to satisfy my chewy chocolate craving.1

My go to snack is peanutbutter i make myself from peanut flour (Its basically PB2) With cocoa powder added spread over 8 grahm crackers with a little appricot jam.
Thats what i do for chocolate anyway.
Iv found sweet cravings in general can be taken care of by smoothie cups for 150 calories for 2 cups followed by a big bowl of veggies with hot sauce and lots of water.
Both my options are 150-250 calories for pretty bulky. Eaten slow its lovely. I have found veggies are the key for me. Follow whatever sweet i indulge in up with lots of water and a big bowl of veggies and wait it out and i feel satisfied i got my sweet, And my body is happy it got its veg. If i only eat somethingsweet i want more 30 minutes later if not instantly. Veggies and fruit tend to bloat me to so if the cravings are TO bad ill mix smoothie cups and veg and be very bloated makes me feel uncomfortably full and ill happily not eat more lol
side note- I really wish freezer foods stopped me from eating them lol. I LOVE frozen food. Baked goods...fruit...Chocolate...Whatever really it bein frozen makes me eat it slower and baked goods/chocolate especially tends to give it more of a fudgey texture. Freezer cant stop my snacking hah0 -

I make chocolate protein balls. It's just enough of a chocolate fix to satisfy the cravings.
1 cup macadamia nuts chopped in food processor
1/2 cup dates or sultanas chopped in processor
1/4 - 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 - 1/2 cup cacao powder
1/4 - 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 - 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
Dash vanilla extract
Mix it all together then roll into balls & refrigerate. You might have to melt the coconut oil first. Some people like to roll the balls in the coconut but I just add it to the mix. Also these amounts are approximate - adjust to suit your taste buds.1 -

I add chocolate protein powder and creatine to the sugar free mix and make it with fairlife ultra filtered milk instead of regular milk and a generous amount of cool whip free lol.0 -
Cocoa powder is wonderful. 1 tbsp. is generally around 10-15 calories. Mix into oatmeal, yogurt, etc., Sprinkle some Stevia on top - maybe some sort of extract (vanilla/caramel/maple, etc.,) and yummy.
Try out Chocolate Covered Katie's blog. She offers lots of lower calorie desserts.
A community member just gave me his Chocolate Cupcake recipe that I will be trying too:
4 scoops chocolate protein powder for me thats (1.3 cups)
½ cup zero calo sweetened (erythritol)
¼ cup coconut flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1.25 cup unsweetened almond milk
10 squares 99% dark Lindt dark chocolate, chopped
4 egg whites
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
Make:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray your muffin tins (I use silicone trays)
In a bowl mix up all the dry stuff (protein powder, erythritol, coconut flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt).
Place 1 cup of the almond milk with half of the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe cup.
Microwave for 1 minute and stir until smooth.
Do this until completely melted.
Add remaining ¼ cup almond milk, egg whites, and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and stir well.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until completely combined.
Scoop half the batter into the prepared muffin tin (so the cups are half full).
Sprinkle some of the remaining chopped chocolate onto the batter.
Cover each of the cups with the remaining batter.
Bake in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes, for me, or until done.
Let cool and devour.
Each muffin is around 80cal.

Trust him. His protein cheesecake recipe has been made for months on end in my house so i get to trick myself into having healthy dessert for breakfast.2 -
I make chocolate oatmeal. It's so good and easy and satisfies the need for chocolate. Just heat up some oatmeal with water(I use a packet that already has slivered almonds, flax and some sugar but you can use any kind plain or packet) and then add 4 tablespoons of frozen blueberries(for extra vitamins) sometimes I'll cook half a apple quickly on the stove with some pumpkin pie spice and add add that too(tastes like baked apple on top of the oatmeal) finally most important I'll add 1 heaping tablespoon of Hershey unsweetened cocoa powder. Then I'll mix it and add a few tablespoons of cashewmilk. The bowl is warm and satisfying(with apples and my oat packet its 300 cal total can be less if ypu use plain oats to make this). You can also make healthy hot cocoa. I use 1 cup cashew milk(I use so delicious brand unsweetened vanilla cashew milk 40 cal per cup) and 3/4 cup water simmer on stovetop and add 1.5 tablespoons of Hershey unsweetened cocoa powder and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice. It won't be sweet but it will be rich and creamy and chocolatey(and totals at 55 cal) Lastly for a frozen treat in an owl place 1 cup of frozen blueberries, about 3/4 cup almond milk(I like unsweetened vanilla by almond breeze) almond milk will freeze up from the blueberries and turn slushies like. I top with 1 tbs of unsweetened cocoa nibs(which add the dark chocolate flavor) .Its very tasty and totals only 150 cal.0

I've been enjoying this lately. It's cold coffee (use almond milk if you don't like) with some cocoa powder, ice, xanthum gum (thickens and smooths it out) and sweetner of choice - I've been using some vanilla extract and stevia. Blend it up and it's like ice cream. Great for 15-20 calories!
