Hi Folks

Long time lurker here and with 48 kg down and just 2 kg to go I just wanted to tell someone ;), to yell it from the roof tops in fact. Not that you know it, its you lot that have kept me going.

If I can do this anyone can, have faith in yourself, if you fall off the horse get right back on and NEVER give up.

It IS possible.

    Congratulations and good luck in the upcoming challenge of maintenance. Apparently that is the point at which many fail due to ceasing to log and work on continuing their lifestyle change. I hope you have that aspect all planned out.
