Its my first weigh in on Monday (well proper weigh in) and I am worried I am eating too much at work!
Today this is what I will have ate at work:-
Banana
yoghurt
cup-of-soup
tortilla wrap with ham and low fat coleslaw
weight watchers crisps
a handful of grapes
a small packet of biscuits
This is a total of just 600ish calories
Is this too much??

with breakfast and dinner, is it within your calories for the day? if it is, then you should be fine?0

Yeah thats including my breakfast and lunch!
My calories in total are meant to be 1420!
It just seems like im eating all the time!0 -
If you stay in your calories that's great and all that matters
600 cals MAY be alot for lunch?? Not sure how you're going about it? I know some people have a big breakfast medium lunch and light dinner, if you're doing that then you're probably on track!
Theres only trial and error to work out what works for you!
Good luck!0 -
it looks pretty good to me, if i was being critical i would say ditch the biscuits, but then i eat biscuits too!!
I dotn think you should worry as MFP has worked a deficit into your calories so you should lose if you stick to your goal.0 -

Will this be what you eat thorughout the whole day at work?
Is so then 600 cals is fine for breakfast and lunch.
I am on 1200 cals and everything I ate during work time yesterday came to 709 calories!!!0 -
If that's breakfast AND lunch, then no, that's not too much. 300-400 calories per meal is pretty awesome, actually, so what you're describing is right at 300 per meal.0

So your dinner would be 800 something, correct? Depending on how much you work out, you could probably eat more or more calorie dense things (just slightly) during the day if you wanted, and have a lighter dinner. If you like a bigger dinner then you're probably good. It just depends on how you like to have your meals, and how much you workout (so you can give your body fuel for them).0 -

Yeah this is what I will eat all day with maybe an added bit of fruit before I go to aqua fit tonight!
I do feel a bit more relaxed by it with everyones advice.
