Just wondering if this thing about carrying water weight in women before that dreaded time is true?

Will this make weight scale measurements inaccurate?

Thanks Kate x

It's true for some women, but not all. It's true for me, so I don't typically weigh in during that time.

Definitely true for me. I figured out that's why there's always a diuretic in Pamprin and Midol.

FACT! I bloat a lot before that time. Also, during the day if I weight myself in the morning vs. at night there will be about a 4-5 difference in my weight. This is due to water retention. I drink a ridiculous amount of water, but yes water will affect your weight...for some women, significantly.
