Good for you; not so far to go in terms of weight to lose! I did 16:8 for a number of months but had to give it up for a while due to the sheer volume of training I was doing for a major race.

Do you have a lifting program picked out for when you want to tone?

Hey, no I don't. Right now I'm working on losing. If I plan to get ahead I get overwhelmed

OP, I hope you're lifting now! Resistance training will help you maintain muscle in a deficit, which will help you look toned when you've lost the fat currently over your muscles. If you've never lifted, you may experience some "newbie gains" too...

I also fast, although I'm not pedantic about it - it just suits my schedule to eat that way! At the end of the day, the calories are what matters... Some days I just want breakfast at breakfast time :)

(eta: just a FYI... Posting the same thread in multiple places is against forum rules)

I do a full body workout with light weights three times a week.

Oh it is? I didn't know that. Thanks for the info
