Hi everybody this is Julia. I hope you’re all feeling good and finding success in reaching your goals. I’m working on making small changes with consistency to loose weight and build a healthier life style. My first small change is eating fruit for breakfast instead of cereal with sugar or simple carbs like toast.Today I had a persimmon,(the crunchy kind) and a banana with coffee ☕️ ( I love me some coffee

Sugar is a simple carb, and there is sugar in fruit. The nutritional profile is different in fruit and grains, though, but there's nothing wrong with grains, or anything, in moderation.1
