You may log it in under cardio so you can account for the calories burned. You can add any exercise you do if it is not in the database. :flowerforyou:0

i add it under cardio, because its very physical and not as much a strength training. its my favourite and easiest way of getting the heart pumping0

I would list it under aerobic, and make a name for your interval training.
I do think for the most part you'll find the intervals of running, swimming, and calisthenic exercises,
in that grouping...then all you have to do is list out your times ;-)
For the resistance training, hmmm...you may want to post that in there as well - rather than strength training - so that you can view all of your intervals together.
To Alf's point, the cool part about the Exercise tab (and for me) is that you can make it up as you go along, and create your own construct...for example:
Mon/Weds/Fri ~ Swimming - 30 Sec Intervals x 10, rest 1/5 mins (3 x Interval)
Tues/Thurs ~ Running - 30 Sec Intervals x 10, rest 1/5 mins (3 x Interval)
Too fun! Cheers! :drinker:0
