Hi everyone! I just found out about this site. In July 2010 I started the Take Shape for Life program and lost over 60 lbs. I was within 3 lbs. of my goal weight before Christmas and got off track. I have not been able to get back on track and have gained 17 of my lost lbs. back. :frown: I tried Weight Watchers on line and got within 6 lbs. of where I was and then gained again. While I am absolutely thrilled that I have lost the weight I did, it is so frustrating to find myself back to the yo-yoing that I have done most of my life. I'm not really sure what I need right now, but I'm not giving up getting to my goal weight. :happy:

You can do it! I have done Weight Watchers as well and definitely lost weight. However there is something about the support on here that is extra amazing!

Maybe there's a part of you that has a "fear" of making goal, and leads to self-sabotage. Try to work through that, and then continue logging to keep yourself accountable during maintenance. Best of luck.0
