Hey, everybody. I’ve been using MyFitnessPal for many years to track my food intake. I got my fitness groove going last February, so I track that as well. I started over 10 years ago at 243#, I got down to 130ish, got back up to around 200. I’m working my way back down...I’m about 160 right now. I keep hearing how important community is for health and fitness....so, that’s why I’m here. I’m an strong introvert, so this is kinda outside my box. Looking forward to hearing from y’all.

The community aspect has good and bad points, but if you weed through it there is a wealth of information to be had that can benefit most of us. And the beauty is that you can participate as much or as little as you want. You might even find some people that fit well with your usually introverted approach that you could add as friends to support each other.

Hi, @marsha082! I tried the community a while back but found it somewhat overwhelming. I decided to give it another try.

I'm 44, had lost significant weight once before and regained, but this time switched my diet to heal from chronic Lyme and have lost 138 lbs in 10 months.

I wish you all the best in your journey! Please feel free to add me, if you'd like.

Hiya Boho girl! I too am dealing with Lyme disease. I just started here today and wrote a rambling introduction if you are interested. I would love to hear about how you are using food against Lyme. It’s been an idea in my head for quite some time and I finally started today. Good luck on your journey!
