hello all,
I am new to fitness pal although not new to exercise and dieting. I am going thru a rough patch in my life right now so I have decided to really dedicate myself to myself.
my goal is to get healthier and lose about 70 pounds. I have started working out again and really watch what I put in my mouth. I have enjoyed reading some of the post on here and hope to add my own inspiring ones someday.
