Hello!!! I am looking for some tips for workouts and nutrition on a busy schedule. I work an opposite shift than my husband, I have two young kiddos, and go to school full time. Thanks!!!

It wasn't so much that I was trying to lose weight but because I was broke, but I used to buy a loaf of bread, make sandwiches out of it and then stick them back in the bread bag and freeze the whole thing. Each morning I would pull a sandwich out of the bag, throw it in a lunch cooler and by lunch time it was thawed enough to eat. Not only did it save money but it kept my calorie count constant.5

If workouts aren’t an option with your crazy busy schedule, focusing on diet alone may make a big difference. I’ve been taking a break from the gym to focus on cooking and eating a lot more veggies. I find it way easier to control my intake when I’m not also trying to refuel after a crazy workout.1

Preplan meals and snacks, shop for them and prepare as much as you can ahead of time (precut veggies, etc) once a week. This seems like it would be time consuming but it will save you so much time and have foods on hand that will help you meet your goals!0
