Hello!!! I’m 5’4 and around 155 looking to lose 20pounds and tone my body. It’s a bit hard sticking to the plan, especially being a stay at home mom of 3. Anyone wants to buddy up??

Hey! I'm also 5'4 and 155lbs. I lost 55lbs from Sept 2015 to June 2016 and kept it off until just recently I've gained back 35lbs. I was very dedicated before and it's hard for me to get back in the routine again. Not sure why. It really does work if you stay on track and log all your calories. We can do this!0
