I am a 78 year old grama. I have two children and two grandchildren. My grandson lives in Japan and my granddaughter goes to the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wi. I am losing 60 pounds. It is more difficult to lose weight as you get older, but it can be done. I have been retired from teaching school here in MIlwaukee for the past twenty years. I love life!
