Yeah yeah, I know I'll get some nay-sayers, but I'm looking for some 48 hour fasting buddies! :)

    I fast everyday 16:8. Are you just doing a one time fast? Once a week, month etc?

    I have been doing intermittent fasting for a couple months and have had great results, even while not eating as clean as I normally do.

    I do intermittent fasting, like i eat during certain times of the day and I'm enjoying it =D Always happy for some friends.
