Hi, Just want to say what a great find this app has been for my iPhone. Been doing this since about... mid March? I can complain as I've lost about 28lbs with little effort - just exercising and making sure I stick to within my weekly limits. Sure, I have one or two cheat days a week but it is working! I've another 11kg to lose and my target in end of December but I feel great and losing a steady 1 kg per week. Anybody want any help or pushing add me as a friend and I'll tell you how I managed and how difficult it wasn't. I feel great! Thank you MyFitnessPal. :-D
