C25K week 5 day 3!!

Today I completed week 5 day 3 on Couch to 5k! I've known this day was coming and I truly didn't think that I would be able to run the whole 20 minutes. Definitely being 38 pounds lighter helped, but still being in the 220's, this seemed out of my reach. I'm so excited!

    Well done! I'm on week 7 now and i remember feeling worried about this run. (its a big jump isn't it)

    Congrats. I have it coming up tomorrow and I don't know if I can do it. The 8 minute runs were pretty challenging.

    Well, I did it. I pulled back on my pace a lot because I was worried about not finishing, so my run was really slow. Now that I know I can do it, I'll go a little harder next week.
