Low cal beginning

Hey everyone!
I have used this app before when I was monitoring my proteins when I was fight training but that was 4 years ago. I am back now to monitor all my levels on my new low calorie diet (monitored by my doctor for health purposes) I'm only allowed 750 calories or less but more then 550. This is going to be a tough journey for me but I'm determined! I hope everyone has success!

Very low calorie diets aren't allowed to discuss in here. There's really no need for them, they're unpleasant, hard to stick to, unhealthy, and you'll just regain later. Good luck whatever you decide, just know that it's up to you to decide what to do, not what happens from what you decide.1

Honestly, that is a very unhealthy diet. Only 750 calories is insane. Why would any doctor prescribe such an unhealthy route?1

I did not discuss anything. I simply explained my journey. I did not ask for help or ask for advice so it's not a discussion but thanks.
And it's for medical reasons I do not need to discuss. If my 4 doctors (and myself who also has a PhD) feel that this is what is best suited vs alternative options that that is what is best.0
