Changing Routines

I have been changing my routine / workouts every 6 weeks. Is this common with other trainers that write their own workouts or am I jumping the gun. I am still progressing, but I know the body adapts quickly.Should I hold off until next year or change now. The plan is to go to a fat burner next January anyway.

there is no need to change programs every 6 weeks. Some people do so because they get bored, but you aren't going to get increased results by program jumping. And if you are strength training, sometimes you can slow your progress by always switching things up1

All depends on what your goals are. I'm a big fan of Tony Horton and his muscle confusion concept. I've done a few rounds of P90X and I enjoy the change of workouts every month.
Sometimes I lost so ad and some of my own exercises and very it all depends on what your0
