I think it's the best exercise but find it hard to complete - is it ok to mix n match it with other excercise ? Any success stories ?

I can get thru the first month, then I get bored....I find the Asylum version more engaging for me1

I did it, loved it.
Pure cardio was my favourite so I still do it occasionally.1 -
I’ve done it twice and loved it! Plan to start it again in January.1

What we really need is a program called "dysfunctional family." That would be a doozy, and everyone is already on it, at some level!!0

I'm going to try to give it a go again starting from today .... I always start well but after two weeks find it hard to keep up0

Great work - what was your results ? Was it general fitness increase or did you get the beach body ?0

Why not try Insanity Max:30? I haven't done regular Insanity or Asylum, I can't deal with workouts (especially ones that intense) being longer than 30 minutes. You may do better if you know that no matter which workout you're scheduled to do that day, it's only thirty minutes long.1

I just finished another round. I've done it several times all the way through over the last several years. Month two is truly very hard. By the time I'm on the last week I'm very thankful it's over. I do use two of month two workouts (max interval circuit and max interval plyo) and will add them in my workout schedule every once in awhile. They are about an hour and give a serious cardio burn.1

I did day 1 yesterday and ache today and had to have a rest in the middle so skipped abit - but will do day 2 today once I'm back from work. Always feel better once I've done but wanted to do it first thing but bottled it0

I have Insanity Max 30 and love it because it's so quick. I often have to slow down for the moves where you bend over because it makes me lightheaded and/or sick but try to go hard on the other exercises to make up for it. I broke my ankle last month and cannot do insanity until it heals so am swimming instead. The cardio workout video is my favorite!1
