Hello everyone, I recently bought a mini bike for under my desk at work, are these any good at all? Wanted to get some excersize in at work but not sure if they are even worth it or what they excersize?

Can't hurt. Good for office morale!

Do you have a picture of this mini bike?

It won't hurt you any, but how much time and effort you put into it will determine if/how much it helps (i.e. how "good" it is).

Hoping you get some feedback as its an interesting idea...
I have a stationary bike at home but when I use it I sweat buckets...I wouldn't want to be sweating at work like I do at home! (not pretty!)

I have something similar...they are elliptical pedals that can go under a desk, table, or just in front of a chair in the living room. I love mine. I use them a lot when I have to be sitting for long period of time...I can change the resistance and use them to challenge myself or I can just leave it light and use them to keep me moving.
