Using Tinder Date as Weight Loss Motivation

I met a guy on Tinder, I knew he was waaay out of my league; MBA, speaks 3 languages, nice house, close family, really attractive, etc.
I had to improve my body image to balance out the matchmaking and lost 3kg in one week for 2-3 months. How? EXTREME dieting - liquid diet and burning 300-800 cal/day.
We stopped seeing each other and I now can't seem to shed the weight. Help?

Because you engaged in a crazy, unhealthy VLCD for a pretty silly reason?
If you're serious about losing some weight and keeping it off, let MFP set you a goal and meet it. Don't starve yourself on extreme diets, or buy into any of that bunk. Have some respect for your body, it's the only one you get. When you're older and your health is failing, you won't sit there and think it was worth it for some hot Tinder dude.6 -
Think I would chat to someone professional about what you've been doing, starving yourself because you don't think you're good enough for some dude on Tinder is not healthy and is a very disordered view of how to live your life. I genuinely think you should get off MFP altogether until you have sorted that out.
If you were losing 3kg per week that's far too fast, a healthy rate of loss is around 1% of your bodyweight per week, you'll be even further out of people's leagues when you lose your hair, have rubbish skin/nails and potentially mess up your internal organs.

I almost sent a message, then I realized you said weight loss and not weight gain. But I'm sure the good looking young guys would want to make sure you aren't going to go on a VLCD and get all crazy to drop some weight.
Seriously people... ladies and gents alike. Going on a crazy unhealthy diet won't do anything for you long term. You might be thinner looking and acting crazy from the lack of nutrition. Or maybe they won't notice that but see your hair when it starts to fall out. If you want to get in better shape or lose weight do it for you.... not some person you don't know that will easily judge you by appearance alone.1 -

Just for the record, I took your (first) comment as tongue in cheek due to the smiley at the end.0 -
