Who's doing any of her 90-day challenges?? Or thinking of staring?

I've done them in the past and thinking of starting the latest one, 5.0!

    I've done two of them, but I don't think they are "enough" now. 8 minutes of work just doesn't do it for me.

    I will do two of her videos back to back sometimes on my light running days.

    I think they are a great start for someone, or even someone who doesn't have a lot of time. I prefer to hit my workout days harder and have an extra rest day or two!

    Hey , so your post ... do you know how I can track these excercise on my fitness pal ? I was looking into the YouTube channel and wanted to give them a try . Any suggestions? Trying to track my Activity level and my food intake to keep a close eye on my progress .
